A 45-minute PYO flower experience
Service Description
You'll have 45 minutes to leisurely wander the flower farm and pick your own flowers. With just a small number of guests per session, you’ll have plenty of space to explore. When booking online, you also have the option to include children (12 years and under) in your booking for $10 per child. Each child can pick 10 stems to take home! Please note, there’s a $5 fee for any observers, like dad, nana, or extra friends, who aren’t making a bouquet but want to join in. Be sure to add them to your booking online when you reserve your spot (add-ons can be found at the checkout). We’ve got you covered with snips and a collection container for your stems. Just bring a bucket or box to transport your bouquet home in. Know Before You Go: - Bookings are essential – no walk-ins accepted. - There WILL be bees (and other insects) – bring medication if required. - The farm is pram-friendly, but please note the terrain is slightly uneven. - Sun protection & comfy shoes are recommended. - Sorry, animals are not welcome at Stems. - There are no toilets on-site so please make a pit stop at Te Kamo, Springs Flat, or Hikurangi before you arrive.

Cancellation Policy
All visits are by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted. Bookings are made online via our website. Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive booking confirmations. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. PYO flowers goes ahead in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your session and will contact you as soon as possible. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable, as spots are limited. Children are welcome at PYO sessions and private events. They MUST be supervised at all times. The farm is family-friendly and pram-accessible, but please note some areas are slightly uneven. Please respect the flower farm rules and follow health and safety guidelines. Allergies: Some flowers may cause mild reactions. Bees and other insects ARE present. Bring medication if needed.
