Service Description
Treat your friends or family to a private 2-hour flower farm experience for up to 12 people. Your group will: - Wander the flower beds and pick your own blooms to take home - Settle in for a relaxed picnic-style tea party at low tables, seated on rugs and cushions, with vintage cups and saucers, delicious treats, and hot tea - Snap plenty of beautiful, Insta-worthy photos among the blooms Perfect for birthdays, catch-ups, or any special gathering! Immerse yourself in colour, texture, and a laid-back garden setting. Cost: $55 per person. This includes a styled, ground picnic setup, afternoon tea with vintage cups and saucers, and your own PYO flower experience. Minimum 4 people to book. A $100 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance invoiced three days before your confirmed date.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are by appointment only and must be made online. A $100 deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if you reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. The remaining balance will be invoiced 3 days before your confirmed date, and payment must be received before your session can proceed. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your booking may be rescheduled to a new date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed via email. Each tea party booking allows for up to 10 people. Additional guests may be added only if arranged in advance. Pricing: $55 per person Stems is family-friendly and pram-accessible, though the terrain is uneven - please wear suitable footwear. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
