Welcome! By booking or purchasing with Stems on Apotu, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully to ensure your visit or order goes smoothly.
1. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are by appointment only.
Bookings can be made online through our website.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise stated on the booking site.
We accept payments via the methods displayed on our website.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
PYO Sessions
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable.
You are able to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before PYO sessions.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Tea Parties at Stems
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.
PYO Wedding Flowers
Full payment is required upon booking online.
Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Minimum bucket quantities apply for PYO Wedding Flowers (4 buckets for $200, additional buckets $50).
Private Gatherings
Bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is due three days prior to your booked event date.
Cancellation policy follows the same rules as PYO Sessions.
Seed Collections
Seeds are perishable and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Group & Safety Guidelines
PYO sessions accommodate up to 12 adults per 45-minute session. No limit on children.
Stems is family-friendly and pram-accessible, but paddocks may be bumpy.
Please supervise children at all times. There are hazards at this working flower farm.
Guests attend at their own risk; Stems is not liable for accidents on the property.
5. Flower Picking Rules
Guests may only pick flowers from designated areas.
6. Product Information & Disclaimer
Seed collections are open-pollinated, meaning flowers may not always look exactly like the parent. It’s part of the fun!
Growing conditions vary; Stems cannot guarantee germination or flower results.
Growing instructions are included with each seed collection.
7. Shipping Policy (Seeds)
Standard Post: $8.80
Rural Delivery: add $4.90
Orders usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on NZ Post schedules.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and branding associated with Stems are owned by Stems on Apotu.
Unauthorized use of Stems content is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for bookings or purchases is securely stored and not shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
Stems reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to all future bookings and purchases.
