Service Description
The Stems Garden Party is a two-hour hosted morning tea or brunch-style gathering set among the seasonal flower beds at Stems. This relaxed experience includes on-site catering by Northland Charcuterie Cart. Guests are invited to fill their plates from the cart, settle into low tables among the flowers, and enjoy hot cups of tea from vintage cups and saucers. Each adult will also pick-your-own bouquet from the flower field to take home. Children are welcome and will receive a small jar posy. You can choose from two set menus when booking. Please let us know if your group has any dietary requirements at the time of booking. The Stems Garden Party is ideal for groups looking for a relaxed, social, and seasonal flower farm experience. The event is fully hosted and catered, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the morning! Booking details: - Base price: $500 (includes catering and flowers for 6 adults) - Additional adults: $55 per person - Children: can be added as extras (children do not count toward the 6-adult minimum) Minimum booking: 6 adults Maximum group size: 14 adults Extra adults and children can be added at checkout, with the remaining balance invoiced 3 days before your event. Duration: 2 hours with exclusive access to Stems Flower Farm.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received. Group Size: Minimum: 6 adults (each adult receives a bouquet). Maximum: 14 adults. Children are welcome and may be added at checkout (jar posy included), but do not count toward the adult minimum. Duration & Timing: Tea Among the Flowers is a two-hour, hosted and catered experience. Food & Drink: Catering is provided by Northland Charcuterie Cart, with service staff available for the full duration. You may choose from two set menus. Guests may serve themselves from the cart as many times as they like. Hot tea is provided. Please notify us of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. Flowers: Each adult guest receives a pick-your-own bouquet from the field. Children receive a jar posy. Flowers are seasonal - the selection will vary depending on what is in bloom. Changes & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated where availability allows, but are not guaranteed. Weather: In the event of extreme weather, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements if possible. Expectations on the Day: Tea Among the Flowers is fully hosted - no setup is required on your part. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for a working flower farm. Respect the flower beds and other guests’ experiences.
